Job Description 

Justus K is looking for motivated law students to join us as interns in our Helsinki office. As part of a small, focused team, you will work on real client matters in arbitration, litigation and corporate advisory, gaining hands‑on experience of how complex business cases are handled in practice.

Responsibilities 

• Assist with legal research, case law and literature reviews

• Help draft memos, summaries and basic documents under supervision

• Support preparation for hearings, meetings and negotiations

• Take part in internal discussions on strategy and case assessment

• Help with knowledge management and internal documentation

Basic Requirements 

• Law student with solid progress in studies (e.g. 2nd–5th year)

• Genuine interest in commercial disputes, arbitration and/or corporate work

• Strong analytical and writing skills in Finnish and English

• Careful, reliable and comfortable working in a calm, professional environment

Preferred Requirements 

• Previous experience from another law firm, in‑house legal or public sector

• Good academic results in relevant subjects (e.g. contract law, civil procedure, company law)

• Additional language skills are an advantage
